For more than 40 years, BDPA has opened doors in Information Technology and STEM — creating real upward mobility for underrepresented Americans through 30+ local community chapters in major cities across the United States since 1975.

Founded in 2023 with sponsorship from Johnson & Johnson’s esteemed CIO Larry Jones, BDPA Robotics is open to every American student, regardless of race or background. Our mission is simple: transform underrepresented talent into top-tier Physical AI engineers through cutting-edge lectures, world-class mentorship, and hard competition — from the classroom to the boardroom.
